YASAN Company works in many kinds of civil engineering fields because this company is scientific and rich and has up to date equipments, so this company can work in Iran and our neighbor countries and this company can take orders and do all of them itself without help of any other company or people, this orders starts with design, preparing materials, making galvanizations, packing, carry to the sites, design and making foundations, montage, installations, wiring, control project, making the project ready to start and starting it too, finishing the project on time with all guarantees according to the rules ,and specially guarantees for the time of the first visit of finished job with employer and last visit and finishing job and delivering the project completely to the employer(it

means employee doesn’t have any responsibilities for the job after last visit but there are some responsibilities for employee for the first visit of employer and both of them has periods , all responsibilities in this periods will be done with company according to the contract rules in our country ,if job is not in our country we will act according to international rules ), and awards for the high quality of job is according to the rules too and maybe according to the contract if we mentioned there, and all standards are according to the rules of the place of the job ,and all we have done is like this and we hope in the future (like before) we can do the jobs with good quality and high standards and we hope we can be successful in the future as we have been successful before. For increasing the level of quality of management in our projects YASAN Company has created industrial engineering department and we have employed experienced managers and engineers in this field. Duties for this department are: making and supporting management information system, increasing products with true programming, increasing productivity, decreasing mistakes, making equipments best working, time measurement, capacity measurement for lines and statistic analysis for them .YASAN steel structure company for taking its quality goals and making its system up to date in year 2001 could be qualified with certificate of quality management system that’s name is ISO: 9001-2000.
