We are using high skill people in our company and the main reason for taking our goals in YASAN Company is using them in our industrial projects. Using more than 70 specialists with high educational degrees and more than 200 technicians and high skill labors with useful experience in our activities, and please pay attention : our activities have been for many years(it means we have a lot of experience in steel structures) and all of them have been successful, it means using this people and continuing our activities without making any kinds of trouble shows that we have been successful in our job ,and we should say using experience and science has caused we have high quality in our productions and high quantity in our productions . Now we have 314 person are

working in our company, they are in 3 groups: managers, production part and administration part. Managers in our company are 16 people ,our managers are all have been educated in university and they have high degrees certificates from universities ,3 of our managers are the most important managers and 13 manager are working under supervision of the first 3 managers we explained above(3main ones).
238 people are working in production part, 8 of this 238 people have bachelor, 10 people are technical technicians and 220 people are technical labors. In administration group 5 people have Master of Science university certificate, 40 people have bachelor, 5 people are technicians, we have 26 labors in administration part and in plural we have 76 people in administration part
